Luisa F. Echeverría-King holds a PhD in Education from Universidad de Murcia and is researcher and consultant on issues related to international higher education, science diplomacy and the development of science, technology and innovation capacities in Latin America. In 2020, takes a Course on Science Diplomacy in India; she is also a fellow from the Warsaw School of Science Diplomacy and the Brazilian School of Science and Innovation Diplomacy. Fellow of the AAAS and TWAS for a course on Science Diplomacy with a perspective on Southern countries and DAAD-fellow for a course on Management of Internationalization. Executive Director of Diplocientifica. Funding member of the Colombian National Chapter of the Organization for Women in Science in the Developing World from UNESCO (OWSD). Member of the Liaison Committee for the Regional Focal Point for Latin America and the Caribbean of the International Science Council Member of the Global Young Academy since 2023. Branislav Pantović was born and raised in Serbia, with an interdisciplinary academic background from Argentina. He holds a PhD in international relations and works as an independent researcher, specialized in public diplomacy and international academic affairs. As a trilingual professional, has worked on three continents in different contexts. He is currently serving as a Consultant in the International Relations Department of the National University of Río Negro (Argentina). Rafael Enrique Pineros-Ayala is Professor of Foreign Policy and International Relations Theory at the Universidad Externado de Colombia, in Bogotá. Member of the International Studies Association (ISA) in the committee of Foreign Policy and Latin America. Interested in relations between Latin American countries and the United States in foreign policy issues. Pedro Figueroa is President and Co-founder of DiploCientifica, the Science Diplomacy Network for Latin-America and the Caribbean. Multilingual professional with experience as policy counselor and project manager in international partnerships. He is an expert engaged in long-standing endeavours for the promotion of Science Diplomacy. His career focused to the intersection of scientific cooperation, international affairs, policy advice and global challenges. Pedro was head of the International Relations Unit at CONICYT – The Chilean Agency for Research and Development. He studied Political Science and International Relations. Alejandra Flores-Zamora is a Master in International Higher Education from the University of Guadalajara. Pedagogical advisor at the Center for Teaching Innovation CUCEA-UdeG. Interested in the internationalization of Higher Education and the processes developed by different institutions in this field. With experience in the areas of education, curriculum design and educational evaluation.
