Her doctoral research focuses on the development and differentiation of fish embryonic stem cells. Leveraging her expertise, she devised a method to isolate stem cells from breastmilk and urine. She also developed a cost-effective culture protocol for breastmilk-derived mesenchymal stem cells, a promising source for tissue regeneration. She has authored a book on the human anatomy and physiological systems, a number of research publications, and has filed a couple of patents.
