Bartoshuk is Bushnell Professor, Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Florida.Rachel S. Herz is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at Brown University's Warren Alpert Medical School and part-time Faculty in the Psychology Department at Boston College.Roberta L. Klatzky is the Charles J.
