Xizheng Ke, Ph.D., is Second-class Professor, principal of the discipline of information and communication systems, Xi'an University of Technology, and deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Military and Civilian Joint Construction of Intelligent Collaborative Network in Shaanxi Province. He is Famous Teacher of Shaanxi Province, a member of Chinese Society of Electronics, a director of Chinese Society of Optical Engineering, and a standing director of Shaanxi Optical Society. He received his bachelor's degree from Shaanxi Institute of Technology in 1983 and his doctor's degree from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1996. From 1997 to 2002, he successively conducted postdoctoral research in Xidian University and the Second Artillery Corps Engineering College. In 2009, he won the title of "Excellent Science and Technology Commissioner of Guangdong Province, Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Education". In 2015, he won the leading title of "Lvyang Jinfeng" in Yangzhou. In 2018, it won the China industry university research Innovation Award, and in 2019, it won the second prize of China industry university research cooperation innovation achievement award. In 2020, he won the title of "Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker of China Instituteof Electronics". He has given keynote speeches at many international conferences and served as the vice president of IEEE ICEC 2020. Since 2001, it has won 16 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, including 1 first prize and 5 second prizes. Obtained national authorized invention patents. He has published 9 monographs in Science Publishing House and more than 400 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals. The papers cited H index 38 and G index 62. It has trained more than 30 doctoral students. Pengfei Wu, born in April 1980, Ph.D., associate professor, master supervisor, is now a teacher in the Department of Communication Engineering, School of Automation and Information Engineering. Outstanding Teacher of Xi'an University of Technology, Outstanding Teacher of Xi'an University of Technology Undergraduate Teaching Excellence Award, Outstanding Instructor of Undergraduate Graduation Design and Special Prize of Teaching Achievements, selected as the 4th batch of Excellent Youth of Xi'an University of Technology. He is mainly engaged in the research work in the field of wireless optical communication theory and technology, and has presided over more than 20 scientific research projects such as key field projects of Shaanxi Province, and published more than 20 SCI/EI papers. It has won 5 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, including 2 second prizes and 3 third prizes.
