Jane Hodson is a private chef and former photojournalist. She lives in Somerset and cooks for clients around the world. Lucas Hollweg is a food writer, cook and feast maker. He spent five years as the regular recipe columnist for the Sunday Times Style magazine and before that was the magazine’s deputy editor. His cookbook, Good Things To Eat, was published by Collins in 2011. Clerkenwell Boy is an anonymous, Instagram-based, food-blogger with over 298k followers. He has been featured by the BBC, Guardian, Observer, Telegraph, The Times and more.
