Pantaleo. D. Rwelamila is a professor of project management and procurement systems at the University of South Africa Graduate School of Business Leadership (GSBL); a “B”-rated researcher by the South African National Research Foundation (NRF); joint coordinator: CIB W107: Construction in developing countries; past president of the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP); past chairperson and non-executive director of MSINGI Construction Project Management (Pty) Ltd; past vice president (education) of the CIOB–Africa; former senior partner of Quantum Consultants (Pty) Ltd, Gaborone, Botswana; and former principal cost engineer, Tanzania Railways Corporation. He is a registered professional project manager with SACPCMP (South Africa). He is a fellow of the CIOB (UK). Abdul-Rashid Abdul-Aziz is a professor at the School of Housing Building and Planning, Universiti Sains Malaysia in Malaysia. Beginning September 2019, he is attached to the Faculty of Built Environment, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, under a two-year secondment programme. He was a co-editor-in-chief for the Journal of Construction in Developing Countries. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, and registered quantity surveyor. He is an accreditation panellist for the Malaysian Qualification Agency, Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia, Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
