Leigh Glover is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Climate and Safety at Karlstad University, Sweden. He is the former Director of the Australasian Centre for the Governance & Management of Urban Transport (GAMUT) at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Mikael Granberg is a Professor of Political Science and Director of the Center for Climate and Safety at Karlstad University, Sweden. He is also a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Natural Hazards and Disaster Science (CNDS) at Uppsala University, Sweden.
