Her publications include the textbooks NUTRITION FOR HEALTH AND HEALTH CARE, NUTRITION AND DIET THERAPY and HEALTH: MAKING LIFE CHOICES. She is a registered dietitian nutritionist and maintains a professional membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
