“Introduction to the basic molecular biology protocols” is a book collects some of the simple to use, fast to get results protocols. It use minimum steps, but not neglect the quality of the results. It is perfect for the beginner or for those which did not have sufficient fund for running expensive protocols. It will be ideal if used in developmental countries, however, it contain valuable protocols can introduce a lot of experience and save money and time. The first edition has been written in short time during a short visit (2 month at 2007) to my PhD host institute, in Münster, Germany, the Institut für Molekular Mikrobiologie und Biotechnologie. It was arranged quickly to be able to publish before my leave to Egypt. However, this has been lead to short protocols, which became the main feature of this book. In the second edition I decided to keep its unique criteria as it is and just improve the English style and add some more simple protocols. I am thankful for everybody help me by any mean especially, Prof. Dr. Alexander Steinbüchel, Rhem, B. H. A. and special thank for my mother, Siham and the kids for giving me the chance to summarize down the second edition. I hope that anyone use this book will found it useful and practical.
