Professor Frank Coffield of Durham University, looks at the role in Britain of Training and Enterprise Councils, and Paddy Waring of the Economic Community at the effect of EC legislation on rehabilitation and training for disabled people. Frederick E. Menz outlines the advances in Vocational Rehabilitation Research in the US.
