Richard J Pinder is an experienced physician, researcher and educator. He is a clinical academic in the School of Public Health at Imperial College London, and has held roles across health services and government. He is a Fellow of the UK Faculty of Public Health and the Royal College of Physicians (London). Christopher-James Harvey gained his doctorate in Psychological Medicine in 2008. Since then, he has garnered a wealth of experience in teaching and training healthcare professionals at all stages of their careers, particularly around sleep, mental health and Lifestyle Medicine. Ellen Fallows is a GP with expertise and qualifications in weight management, nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine. She leads group clinics and works with the NHS Type-2 Diabetes 'Paths to Remission Programme.' She is Vice-President of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and teaches Lifestyle Medicine at Oxford University.
