Shahid HussainMA, MB, BChir, MRCP, FRCRUniversity Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation TrustDr Hussain completed his medical degree at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom and carried out his radiology training on the West Midlands training scheme. He is currently working as a Consultant Cardiothoracic Radiologist with an interest in lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, Cardiac CT and MRI and Thermal Ablation at the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust. He was the Radiology Research and Audit lead responsible for organising the radiology discrepancy meetings at Heartlands/Solihull/Good Hope at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust from 2011-2016. He also served as the Royal College of Radiologists clinical tutor from 2011-2016 and Training Programme Director (WM South Sector) from 2021-2023. Dr Hussain is now the Head of School of the West Midlands Radiology training scheme and the Radiology lead for the Midlands Imaging Training Academy. Dr Hussain is the author of several books including Radiology MCQs for the New FRCR 2a, Rapid Review of Radiology and On-call radiology. Sherif Aaron Abdel Latif MB ChB MRCS FRCRDudley Group of Hospitals NHS Foundation TrustDr Latif is Consultant Interventional Radiologist and Clinical Director at the Dudley Group of Hospitals NHS Trust, UK and is also Lead Interventional Radiologist for the Black Country Regional Vascular Centre based at Dudley. He has been involved in mentoring and training medical students, junior doctors and radiology trainees since his appointment as a consultant in 2008. His interests are vascular imaging and intervention including aortic repair and peripheral angioplasty, urological and upper gastrointestinal imaging and intervention. He has lectured on aortic and vascular interventions at national and international conferences including at the British Society of Interventional Radiology. After graduating from medical school in 1999 in Leicester UK, he embarked on surgical and then radiological training in Birmingham. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Radiologists of England. Adrian David Hall MB ChB FRCR Dudley Group of Hospitals NHS Foundation TrustDr Hall is a consultant cross sectional radiologist at the Dudley Group of Hospitals NHS Trust, UK. His interests include head & neck, neurological and gastrointestinal imaging along with a longstanding passion for medical education. Having graduated from Birmingham Medical School in 1993, he embarked on basic medical training and passed MRCP in 1996. He subsequently underwent radiology training in the West Midlands, became a fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists in 2000 and was appointed to his present consultant post in 2002.
