Katrina Foe is an educator, author, and international presenter. She is a cancer survivor and a board-certified holistic nutrition practitioner, as well as a second-generation Pilates Master Teacher. Her passion is teaching, which she has been doing for over 20 years, providing Pilates teacher training and functional lab training for practitioners. She works with clients all over the world, with the goal of helping them regain their health and reverse chronic diseases. However, Katrina is proudest of her seven children! Her family resides in rural Idaho, where they keep cows and chickens as well as grow organic produce. Katrina takes what she preaches to heart and is dedicated to maintaining and improving the health of herself and her family.
