The unique work-text approach of Client-Centered Care for Clinical Medical Assisting facilitates the mastery of entry-level clinical procedures while adapting these to the needs of a particular client group. Identifying the needs of the client, establishing trust, sharing information, and assisting the client while performing clinical competencies, are all challenges facing the medical assistant. This book is designed to keep the focus on the client and the medical assistant's role in working with the client, and uses language that makes it easier to translate complex medical concepts into language the client will readily understand. The text also includes Student Practice Software to reinforce and help students master the material.
