lt;p> Carlos Zaror, DDS, MSc, PhD, is Associate Professor and head of the Department of Paediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, Faculty of Dentistry, at Universidad de la Frontera in Temuco, Chile. Currently, he is also head of the Center for Research in Epidemiology, Economics and Oral Public Health (CIEESPO) at the same university.

Prof. Zaror has a dental degree from the University of Frontera, specialist in Pediatric Dentistry from Universidad de Chile, a Master's in Clinical Epidemiology from Universidad de La Frontera, and a PhD in Methodology of Biomedical Research and Public Health from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Spain.
