Colin M. Shapiro, BSc (Hons), MBBCH, PhD, MRC Psych., FRCP(C): Professor Emeritus, Department of Psychiatry and Ophthalmology, University of Toronto Toronto, Ontario, Canada Dr. Shapiro was the founding president of the British Sleep Society and the International Neuropsychiatry Association. He has run sleep facilities on three continents. His interest in CPAP adherence stems from his background in psychiatry and his interest in helping people to make behavioural change. Meenakshi Gupta MD, MBChB, MMed Dr Gupta is an Internist from Zambia. She is currently working in Saskatchewan, Canada and has an interest in health promotion. Dora Zalai, MD, PhD, C. Psych.: Dr Zalai has a dual background in medicine and psychology. She integrates biological and psychological perspectives in her clinical work to develop and establish person-centred, individually tailored, effective and enduring treatments for individuals with sleep disorders. Dr. Zalai leads the behavioural sleep medicine program at Sleep on the Bay (Toronto, Canada) that provides evidence-based evaluation and treatment for the full spectrum of sleep and circadian disorders in an inter-disciplinary setting.
