Yujun Song is Professor at School of Mathematics and Physics, University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB), China. Having obtained his Ph. D degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, China, he spent 5 years working for Louisiana State University (USA) in microfluidics and bio-nanotechnology and catalytic reaction, 2 years working for Old Dominion University (USA) in surface plasmon resonance and biotechnology, 7 years working for Beihang University (China) in microfluidic synthesis and template-assisted growth process. He also spent one year working at University of Toronto (Canada) as a visiting professor in semiconductor nanowires, before taking up his present appointment at USTB. His research focuses on modern physical technology development and applications in biomedical engineering, new energy and information technology.
