A self-therapy immersion for women coming to whole and happy terms with their infertility/their challenging journey to motherhood

Understanding what it means to be a mother is key to how we strive to become mothers. Flipping the Script guides, us through becoming responsible and accountable for our own lives, as well as for the lives of any children we may bear.

Infertility brings you opportunities to get to know thyself, let go of all the unknowns and bring happiness into your life.

Infertility/fertility offers us fertile ground with which to grow, develop self-love, and take our power back.

No matter what the outcome of your fertility challenges, a fulfilling life is yours for the taking.

Kezia Ashley Okafor is a Fertility Mindset Coach and Infertility Counsellor, working with women struggling with the emotional distress of infertility.  Helping them to take charge of their emotions and mindset, so they feel in control of their infertility journey and life, which maximises their chances for a successful and healthy pregnancy. Kezia is a wife, mother, and runs her own online business.  Kezia’s mission is to bring support and resources to the many millions of women globally facing infertility in isolation.  Kezia’s own experience of infertility and experiencing the lack of emotional support has spurred her to ‘plug the gap’ on mental and emotional health knowledge within the fertility community. As a qualified art therapist and counsellor and using her personal experiences, Kezia has a unique approach to therapeutic techniques that can facilitate transformation and change, as demonstrated in this book.
