Mick J. Sanders, EMT-P, MSA, received his paramedic training in 1978 from St. Louis University Hospitals. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. He has worked in various health care systems as a field paramedic, emergency department paramedic, and EMS instructor. For 12 years, Mr. Sanders served as Training Specialist with the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, Missouri Department of Health, where he oversaw EMT and paramedic training and licensure in St. Louis city and the surrounding metropolitan areas.
