Charles H. Kellner, M.D. is the Chief of Electroconvulsive Therapy at New York Community Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. He is Editor Emeritus of the Journal of ECT, a past President of the International Society for ECT and Neurostimulation, and Adjunct Professor of Psychiatry at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York.
