Brandt C. Wible, MD is Associate Professor and Section Head for Vascular & Interventional Radiology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Saint Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Wible completed his Interventional and Vascular Fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He received the Wylie J. Dodds Award for Outstanding Research during his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Wible is an investigator for clinical trials related to his primary interests in Interventional Oncology and venous disease. Dr. Wible is the returning lead editor for Diagnostic Imaging: Interventional Radiology. Prior to his medical career, Dr. Wible volunteered with the United States Peace Corps in Zimbabwe, Africa. Later, while attending Rush Medical School in Chicago he continued to volunteer at medical clinics in both Chicago and Africa ultimately leading to the co-founding of a free clinic counseling inner-city youth at Cook County Hospital, Chicago, IL.
