Vascular anomalies are common lesions affecting at least 5% of the population. Patients often require multi-disciplinary care. This is a "how-to" text that illustrates the principles and techniques for the surgical management of vascular anomalies.

The book covers the entire field of vascular anomalies. In addition, the text describes the operative management of these lesions in different anatomical locations. The book was designed so that it can be easily referenced, and contains classification, operative principles, figures, and video provided by experts in the field.

Arin K. Greene MD is an Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School. He is a pediatric plastic surgeon with particular interest in vascular anomalies and lymphedema. Dr Greene is a member of ASPS and the PSRC, and the course director of the craniofacial/pediatric plastic surgery curriculum for the Harvard Plastic Surgery Residency Program. He is also a Fellow of the ACS and a Specialty Fellow of the AAP. Dr Greene acts a reviewer for nearly 30 specialty journals and has written two books, including the Handbook of Vascular Anomalies , published by CRC Press in 2013.
