He is considered a world leading authority on subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and intracranial aneurysms. On these topics he has published more than 400 papers in international peer reviewed journals. He is a frequently invited speaker at international conferences, has given lectures at more than 30 universities in 4 continents, and has written invited reviews for major clinical journals.
