Dr. Roussel is the DNP Program Director and Professor at the University of Alabama Birmingham School of Nursing. Dr. Roussel has a strong background in nursing administration, teaching, and consultation. She has been instrumental in the developing of a number of educational and leadership programs including the DNP, CNL, and Executive Nurse Administration. She serves on the ANCC Expert Panel for the Executive Nurse Administration certification exam. Dr. Roussel is very passionate about the process of systems change and translational research in the clinical setting.
