There are direct links from the databases via the McKusick number to the Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man (OMIM) website and also via the references to Medline. It allows you to browse or search for the syndromes, features and references supplied and enables the searches to be combined or progressively refined, and saved or printed. Syndromes can be searched on clinical features alone or using multiple criteria.
