Jackson II, PharmD, is Manager for Clinical Pharmacy Services at St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital and on the clinical faculty at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy in Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Jackson currently is Co-Chair of the Mississippi Cancer Pain Initiative. Linda S. Tyler, PharmD, FASHP, is Professor at College of Pharmacy and Manager of Drug Information Services at University Hospitals and Clinics of the University of Utah Health Sciences Center.
