Roberto Patarca-Montero, MD, PhD, HCLD, is Assistant Professor of Medicine, Microbiology, and Immunology and also serves as Research Director of the E. M. Papper Laboratory of Clinical Immunology at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Previously, he was Assistant Professor of Pathology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School in Boston. Dr. Patarca-Montero serves as Editor of Critical Reviews in Oncogenesis and the Journal of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. He is also the author or co-author of more than 80 articles in journals or books. He is currently conducting research on immunotherapy of AIDS and chronic fatigue syndrome. Dr. Patarca-Montero is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Association for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and the Acquired Non-HIV Immune Diseases Foundation.
