In addition, a description of the clinical conditions for which each technique may best be utilized is included to enable the most effective use of the technique and also to assist the practitioner in effective treatment methods. The format will explain the difference in intent of each technique, provide a general outline of the techniques, and offer a list of contacts for each name technique.
