Judaic Spiritual Psychotherapy is in the contemporary mode of utilizing the profound insights present in spiritual literature for psychotherapeutic use. Jewish spiritual writings are a rich source that encompasses three thousand years of scholarship and experience dealing with emotional problems. Aaron Rabinowitz is a practicing clinical psychologist and author of Judaism and Psychology: Meeting Points. For many years, he was a member of the Psychology Department at Bar Ilan University in Ramat Gan, Israel. He also taught at various universities in the United States and is knowledgeable in Jewish law and philosophy, having studied in Talmudical colleges.
