Kelly Tremblay, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences, and an Affiliate of the Virginia Merrill Bloedel Hearing Research Center at the University of Washington. Robert Francis Burkard, PhD, Professor and Chair, Rehabilitation Science, University at Buffalo.
