Peter Papadakos is Professor of Anesthesiology and Surgery, Neurosurgery and Neurology as well as Director of the Division of Critical Care at the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York. He is also Professor of Respiratory Care and Medical Director at the State University of New York at Genesee Community College. Professor Papadakos is the author of numerous original papers, reviews, book chapters, and monographs and serves on a number of editorial boards and service on a number of state and national committees. Mark Gestring serves as the Medical Director of the Kessler Trauma Center at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester New York, where he holds the rank of Associate Professor of Surgery, Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. Dr Gestring has authored numerous papers and serves on both regional and national committees dedicated to the field of trauma care.
