Rene Revis Shingles, PhD, ATC, is the director and associate professor in the department of physical education and sport at Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant. Revis Shingles has presented extensively on cultural competence and diversity and has over 20 years of experience in teaching at the collegiate level.
