Stephen Devries, MD, is an Associate Professor of Medicine, in the Division of Cardiology, at Northwestern University. James E. Dalen, MD, MPH, is Executive Director of The Weil Foundation and Dean Emeritus and Professor Emeritus of Medicine and Public Health, at the University of Arizona College of Medicine.
