Dr. Melinda Blackman is a Professor of Psychology at California State University, Fullerton. Dr. Blackman received her B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University and her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside. Dr. Blackman teaches and conducts research at the University on eating and exercise behavior. She is also the author of Mind Your Diet: The Psychology Behind Sticking to Any Diet (2008). Colleen Kvaska is an adjunct faculty member in the Foods and Nutrition, Kinesiology and Health Sciences Departments at California State University, Fullerton. She received her B.S. in Dietetics from Central Michigan University and her M.A. in Family and Consumer Sciences from California State University, Long Beach. Ms. Kvaska is a Registered Dietician and Certified Diabetes Educator and currently serves as a Clinical Dietician for the Beach Cities Health District in Redondo Beach, CA.
