Dr Kevin Lucas is Senior Lecturer in Psychology Applied to Healthcare, School of Health Professions, University of Brighton, UK. Jodie Lucas is a podiatrist working for the Seaview Project, Southwater Centre, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex.
