Ashraf Michail is a Microsoft Silverlight architect who has been working on Silverlight since its inception in 2005. Michail has been at Microsoft for eleven years, has built a number of graphics engines, and has driven the architecture for graphics engines and UI frameworks for much of his Microsoft career.
