Carol Fallon is the co-founder and President of Integrity eLearning based in Anaheim Hills, California. She is a 30-year computer industry veteran who first became involved in online learning in 1992 when she moved to the United States from her native England to work for a courseware vendor who specialized in technology training. Carol co-founded Integrity eLearning with her husband, Dave Fallon, in 1996. Since then Integrity has developed numerous custom online learning courses for clients in a wide variety of industries. In 1999, Integrity launched their renowned Learning Management System (LMS), WBT Manager. While promoting and supporting WBT Manager, Carol discovered the confusion surrounding the subject of standards for eLearning. In 2002 she co-authored "e-Learning Standards - A Guide to Developing and Deploying Standards-Conformant e-Learning", the first book to be published on the subject. Carol has also written several white papers for Macromedia on the subject of integrating Authorware, Breeze and Robodemo content with LMSs and in 2000 she co-authored a book for Macromedia titled "Getting Started in Online Learning."
