Brojo Kishore Mishra is currently working as Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at NIST University. He is the Visiting faculty of Department of Computer Science, IISER Berhampur also the Adjunct faculty of Saveetha College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, SIMATS, Chennai, India. He published more than 50 research papers in peer reviewed International Journals, and more than 40 research papers in proceedings of International conferences, more than 50 book chapters, 20 edited books and 02 authored books, 03 patents published, 03 copyright and 01 trademark. Under his supervision 4 Ph.D. research scholars are awarded and 2 are continuing. His research interests include data mining, machine learning, soft computing, and security. He received his PhD degree in Computer Science from the Berhampur University, India in the year 2012. He served in the capacity of keynote speaker, program chair, proceeding chair, publicity chair, and as advisory board members of many International conferences also. He is also a life member of ISTE, CSI, and senior member of IEEE.

Álvaro Rocha holds the title of Honorary Professor, DSc in Information Science and PhD in Information Systems and Technologies. He is Professor at the University of Coimbra, President of AISTI (Iberian Association for Information Systems and Technologies), and Chair of IEEE SMC Portugal Section Society Chapter. He has acted as Vice-Chair of Experts in the Horizon 2020 of the European Commission, as Expert in the Ministry of Education, University and Research of the Government of Italy, and as Expert in the Ministry of Finance of the Government of Latvia. His main research interests are IS Planning and Management, Maturity Models, Information Systems Quality, Online Service Quality, Intelligent Information Systems, Software Engineering, e-Government, e-Health, IT in Education. His research interests are Information Systems Planning and Management, Maturity Models, Information Systems Quality
