Sudan Jha: With over 23 years of combined teaching, research, and industrial experience, Sudan Jha is a senior member of IEEE and a Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Kathmandu University, Nepal. His previous affiliations include KIIT University, Chandigarh University, and Christ University. He was Technical Director at Nepal Television, Principal at Nepal College of IT, and Individual Consultant at Nepal Telecom Authority. Prof. Jha is dedicated to advancing higher education quality and actively works on smart platforms. His extensive research portfolio comprises 80+ SCI, SCIE‑indexed research papers and book chapters in international peer‑reviewed journals and conferences. He serves as a Co‑Editor‑in‑Chief of an international journal. He also serves as Guest Editor for SCIE/ESCI/SCOPUS‑indexed journals. With three patents to his name, he has authored and edited six books on cutting‑edge topics in IoT, 5G, and AI, published by reputed publishers. His research has also secured funding for two international projects. Additionally, Prof. Jha contributes as a keynote speaker at more than 40 international conferences. In addition, he has also delivered faculty development programs, short‑term training programs, and workshops in national and international conferences and universities. He holds certifications in Microservices Architecture, Data Science, and Foundations of Artificial Intelligence. His primary research interests encompass Quality of Services in IoT‑enabled devices, Neutrosophic theory, and Neutrosophic Soft Set Systems. Sarbagya Ratna Shakya: Sarbagya Ratna Shakya is an Assistant Professor at Eastern New Mexico University, New Mexico, USA. He received a B.Eng. in Electronics Engineering from National College of Engineering, Tribhuvan University of Nepal in 2009 and an M.Eng. in Computer Engineering from Nepal College of Information Technology, Pokhara University of Nepal in 2014. He received his Ph.D. in Computational Science (Computer Science) from the School of Computer Science and Computer Engineering, University of Southern Mississippi, USA. He has more than 10 years of teaching experience in undergraduate‑level courses. His research interest includes machine learning, deep learning, image processing, Internet of Things (IoT), and Industrial IoT and has published journal papers, conference papers, and book chapters in different domains on applied machine learning and deep learning. Sultan Ahmad: Sultan Ahmad (Member, IEEE) received a Ph.D. degree in CSE from Glocal University and a Master of Computer Science and Applications degree (Hons.) from Aligarh Muslim University, India. He is currently a Faculty Member of the Department of Computer Science, College of Computer Engineering and Sciences, Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, Al‑Kharj, Saudi Arabia. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Chandigarh University, Gharuan, Punjab, India. He has more than 15 years of teaching and research experience. He has around 105 accepted and published research papers and book chapters in reputed SCI‑, SCIE‑, ESCI‑, and SCOPUS‑indexed journals and conferences. He has an Australian patent and a Chinese patent in his name also. He has authored and edited five books that are available on Amazon. He has presented his research papers at many national and international conferences. His research interests include intelligence computing, big data, machine learning, and Internet of Things. He is a member of IACSIT and the Computer Society of India. Zhaoxian Zhou: Dr. Zhaoxian Zhou is a dedicated scholar and educator in the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering. With a comprehensive academic background spanning renowned institutions worldwide, Dr. Zhou brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his role. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1991, a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1999, and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of New Mexico in 2005. Dr. Zhou’s professional journey transitioned from industry to academia. Started his career as an electrical engineer at the China Research Institute of Radiowave Propagation in 1991, he joined the faculty at the University of Southern Mississippi in 2005. Currently, he serves as a Full Professor in the School of Computing Sciences and Computer Engineering. His research interests encompass a diverse range of topics, including wireless sensor networks, human activity recognition, face recognition, image processing, big data analytics, machine learning, high‑performance computing, wearable devices, electromagnetics, and engineering education. Dr. Zhou’s scholarly endeavors have resulted in more than 50 publications in esteemed academic journals and conference proceedings. Dr. Zhou is deeply committed to educating the next generation of engineers. His teaching portfolio covers a broad spectrum of subjects, including introduction to computer engineering, circuit analysis, digital electronics, analog and digital communications, Internet of Things, digital signal processing, power electronics, alternative energy, microwave engineering, electromagnetic fields, analytical methods, and statistical techniques. Dr. Zhou’s teaching philosophy emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and inclusive and active learning, inspiring students to excel in their academic endeavors. Dr. Zhou’s contributions to the engineering community have been recognized through various awards and honors, including the IEEE APS RMTG Award, the SUMMA Graduate Fellowship in Advanced Electromagnetics, and the Outstanding New Teacher Award from ASEE‑SE, Faculty Excellence Award from USM, and multiple teaching grants. He actively engages in scholarly activities as a reviewer for leading publishers, journals, and conferences, contributing to the advancement of his field. As a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a member of the HKN Honor Society of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and a program evaluator for ABET Inc., Dr. Zhou exemplifies the values of academic excellence, integrity, and service. His dedication to fostering learning and innovation extends beyond the classroom, as he continues to mentor aspiring engineers and contribute to the scholarly community.
