Dr. Das received MD and PhD in Biomedical Informatics from Stanford University.? He completed a research track residency in Psychiatry and postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Epidemiology at Columbia University/New York State Psychiatric Institute.? He served as faculty at Stanford University School of Medicine and at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, where also served as Director of Biomedical Informatics within the Department of Biomedical Data Science, which he cofounded, and Director of the Biomedical Informatics Core within the SYNERGY Clinical and Translational Science Institute.? He joined IBM Research in 2016 as Director of Healthcare Effectiveness Research, a role focused on advancing machine learning and blockchain frameworks for clinical studies of AI solutions within healthcare. In 2020, he joined Merck Research Laboratories as Director of Real-world Data Analytics and Innovation. He is focused on developing new approaches for generating real-world evidence using AI, knowledge graphs and advanced analytic capabilities. Dr. Yulei Wu received PhD degree in Computing and Mathematics from the University of Bradford, UK. His expertise is on intelligent networking, and his main research interests include computer networks, networked systems, software defined networks and systems, network management, and network security and privacy including blockchain technologies. He serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, and IEEE Access, as well as an Area Editor for Computer Networks (Elsevier). He has authored/edited five books published by Springer, The IET, and CRC. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and the ACM, and a Fellow of the HEA (Higher Education Academy). Dr. Pradeep N PhD is Associate Professor in Computer Science and Engineering, Bapuji Institute of Engineering and Technology, Davangere, Karnataka, India affiliated Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, Karnataka, India. He has 18 years of academic experience, including teaching and research experience. His research areas of interest include machine learning, pattern recognition, medical image analysis, knowledge discovery techniques, and data analytics. He has published more than 20 research articles published in refereed journals, authored six book chapters, and edited several books. He is a reviewer of various international conferences and several journals, including Multimedia Tools and Applications, Springer. His one Indian patent application is published and one Australian patent is granted. He is a professional member in ACM, ISTE and IEI. He was awarded as "Outstanding Teacher in Computer Science and Engineering", during the 3rd Global Outreach Research and Education Summit and Awards 2019, organized by Global Outreach Research and Education Association. Dr. Pradeep N is a technical committee member for Davangere Smart City, Davangere. Dr. Mangesh M. Ghonge PhD authored over?60+?published articles in prestigious journals, book chapters, and conference papers.?In addition, he?authored or edited?8?international books published by Springer, IGI Global, Taylor & Francis, and Wiley-Scrivener. He has organized and chaired many national/international conferences and conducted various workshops. He received a grant from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology for organizing a faculty development program. He is editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Research in Advent Technology.?His two patents are published by the Indian Patent office. He has also contributed to the Board of Studies, Computer Science & Engineering of Sandip University as a Board Member. Dr. Mangesh Ghonge?has 12 years of teaching experience and guided more than 30+ UG projects and 10 PG scholars. His research interest includes security in wireless networks, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technology. He is a Professional member in IEEE, IETE, IACSIT, CSTA. Dr. Om Pal received B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, MBA (Operation & Management) from IGNOU, MS (Research) in field of Cryptography from IIT Bombay and Ph.D. in field of Cyber Security from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He has more than 20 years of Academic & Research experience in various areas of Computer Science. Presently he is working as an Associate Professor in Department of Computer Science, University of Delhi. Previously he worked as a Scientist at Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India. He evolved and worked on research projects of national interest in various areas including Cryptography, Cyber Security, Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Bill 2022, National Strategy on Blockchain, Post-Quantum Cryptography, Quantum Computing, Cyber Law etc. and drafting of R&D policies. He also worked at Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) as a Sr. Technical Officer and as an IT Resource Person in National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC). Dr. Pal has two Indian patents on Conditional Access Systems and Cryptographic Systems, and is a certified ethical hacker. He is also an AICTE & C-DAC certified ‘Master Trainer’ in field of High-Performance Computing. Dr. Pal is a co-editor of Unleashing the Potentials of Blockchain Technology for Healthcare Industries by Elsevier/Academic Press. His research interests include cryptography, information security, network security, post-Quantum cryptography, Quantum Computing, Blockchain technology, high performance computing, algorithms analysis and design, Cyber law, Artificial Intelligence for cyber security, Machine Learning for cyber security, Theory of Automata, as well as operation research and mathematics.
