Computational Optical Phase Imaging (eBook)
X, 301 Seiten
Springer Singapore (Verlag)
978-981-19-1641-0 (ISBN)
In this book, computational optical phase imaging techniques are presented along with Matlab codes that allow the reader to run their own simulations and gain a thorough understanding of the current state-of-the-art. The book focuses on modern applications of computational optical phase imaging in engineering measurements and biomedical imaging. Additionally, it discusses the future of computational optical phase imaging, especially in terms of system miniaturization and deep learning-based phase retrieval.
Cheng Liu is currently Professor in School of Science, Jiangnan University, China. He received his Ph.D. in 2003 from Shanghai Institute Optics and Fine Mechanics (SIOM), Chinese Academy of Science. From 2003 to 2011, he received his postdoctoral training in South Korea, Singapore, and United Kingdom, and joined Jiangnan University as a professor in Optical Engineering since 2011. He has published over 60 SCI papers and his research is mainly on optical imaging and optical metrology including ptychographic iterative engine, Fourier ptychographic imaging, the interferometry, digital holography, optical nonlinear imaging (fluorescence imaging, anti-stokes Raman scattering imaging), speckle interferometric metrology, coherent diffraction imaging etc. Currently his research mainly focuses on the ptychographic iterative engine, Fourier ptychographic imaging and computational imaging.
Shouyu Wang is currently Associate Professor in School of Science, Jiangnan University, China. He received his bachelor and Ph.D. degrees in optics both from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in China in 2010 and 2015. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed papers and his research mainly focuses on smart optical sensing and imaging.
Suhas P Veetil is currently Associate Professor in School of Engineering Science and Technology at Higher Colleges of Technology, UAE. He received his Ph.D. in 2006 from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India. He was a postdoctoral fellow under BrainKorea 21 fellowship in South Korea and also awarded DAAD fellowship, Germany. He has published several papers, and his research mainly focuses on the ptychographic iterative engine, Fourier ptychographic imaging and computational imaging. In this book, computational optical phase imaging techniques are presented along with Matlab codes that allow the reader to run their own simulations and gain a thorough understanding of the current state-of-the-art.
