lt;p>Sara Paiva is an Adjunct Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo, a PhD in Informatics Engineering from University of Vigo and a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Oviedo since January 2018, under advanced driving assistants area. Sara Paiva coordinates ARC4DigiT, an Applied Research Center for Digital Transformation (http://arc4digit.ipvc.pt), created in January 2018 and currently under approval of the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology. Her main line of research is mobility and mobile/IoT solutions applied to the promotion of social inclusion. She is frequent book editor of Springer and IGI books, has more than 30 publications in international journals and conferences, is a frequent reviewer of journals and international conferences and has oriented several final projects of Bachelor and Master in her main line of work.

 

Suman Paul is currently an Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Haldia Institute of Technology, West Bengal, India. He interests in scheduling, QoS in communication networks, application of soft computing techniques in networking, applications of IoT.  Professor Paul worked as associate researcher in the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta in a project on Zigbee based wireless sensor network, funded by DIT, Govt.of India.  Presently, he is serving as Guest Editor of several journals (special issues) including International Journal of Vehicle Information and Communication Systems, International Journal of Autonomic Computing, International Journal of Information Technology, Communications and Convergence, published by the Inderscience. He is an editor of the journal Information and Computer Security, EnPress and a regular reviewer of Scopus indexed journals. Professor Paul has published books on Mobile Ad Hoc Network, research articles in science citation index journals of repute including Springer, transaction of  Korean Society for Internet Information etc., book chaptersof Springer and presented papers in IEEE International conferences. He is joint convener of the International Conference, ICCDC 2019, Haldia, India. He is a member of IAENG Hong Kong, Machine Intelligence Research Labs, USA and qualified Cisco Certified Network Associate.
