Steve Tomich has been part of the film and video community of the San Francisco Bay Area since 1979. He spent most of his career's first decade developing his skills as a video editor at one of the largest and most innovative post facilities in the area, One Pass Film and Video. The next 13 years were spent surfing the technology waves as a nationwide editor-evangelist for Avid Technology. Steve continues to edit and teach video editing in the Bay Area, and, along with writing books and scripts, has incorporated DVD authoring as part of his current post-production strategy.
