Driven by her objective to empower ecosystems, she dedicates her efforts to next generation’s apps and services for individuals, organizations and contextual ecosystems such as ports, airports, mega events, urbanizations and metropolitan areas. Barbara Flügge designs, consults and implements transformation programs for organizations, business partners and entire ecosystems. Her activities embrace digital business model and service designs.
