Vivek Subramanian is professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley, USA. He obtained is academic degrees from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, and Stanford University. His research interests include advanced CMOS devices and technology, polysilicon thin film transistor technology for displays and vertical integration applications as well as organic electronics for display, low-cost logic and sensing applications. He has authored more than 300 scientific publications and presentations. Furthermore, he has received numerous awards including the IEEE Paul Rappaport Award for the best paper in an IEEE Electron Device Journal and several best paper awards at conferences.
