RICK STURM is a principal with Enterprise Management Associates, a consultancy focused on management issues. He was a founder of the Enterprise Management Summit, the OpenView Forum and was co-chair of the IETF Application MIB Working Group. WINSTON BUMPUS has had over 25 years of experience in the computer industry. He is currently a member of Novell's Corporate Architecture team. He was a founder of Annatek Systems, Inc. that developed Network Navigator, a distributed application management family of products. Winston is now the President of the DMTF where he participated on the Technology Development Committee to define the Common Information Model.
