He is the recipient of the 1995 Herbert A Simon Award for Excellence in Teaching in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. ALLEN H. DUTOIT is a Research Scientist in the Computer Science Department at the Technical University of Munich. His research interests include several areas of software engineering and object-oriented systems. He was previously affiliated with the Software Engineering Institute and the Institute for Complex Engineered Systems at Carnegie Mellon University.
