Today he is a fierce advocate and user of Oracle Application Express. Roel holds a master's degree in business informatics from the University of Twente in the Netherlands. He is an Oracle ACE Director. He works for Logica in the Netherlands as a lead technical architect. Roel has presented at all major Oracle conferences, such as ODTUG, Oracle Open World, and UKOUG. He is a regular contributer to the OakTable Network APEX Forum.
