Patrick A. Lorenz is chief executive officer of PGK Software & Communication GmbH, a software development and consulting company in southern Germany. Patrick is well known in the developer community as an author and also as a trainer and speaker. He has published a dozen books covering C# and ASP.NET, including two well-regarded code books. Patrick has been recognized by Microsoft as a "Most Valuable Professional" for .NET technologies twice, and is also a founder member of Codezone and the INETA Freiburg .NET user group.
