Vivian Chow is the founder of Metier, an Oracle Partner company that provides consulting services in the Los Angeles area. She has over nine years experience in implementing Oracle Applications and has managed several large-scale projects. Her writing includes the Metier Oracle Applications Quick Reference Guide.
